Growing up the son of a broker, Anthony has always had a passion for real estate and design. You could say it runs in his genes, but it’d be more accurate to say it’s what gets his blood pumping.

As an agent, Anthony learned the gamut of Galveston County’s market and began investing himself. He scoured the market for properties that had potential, applied carefully calculated TLC, and found responsible tenants to rent the renovated real estate.

After acquiring a few houses, Anthony noticed a void in the market.

“There were few quality properties for my buyers, and there were neighborhoods that desperately needed their homes to be restored.”

Always one to answer the knock of opportunity, Anthony thought this was an ideal time to start “flipping.”

“Flipping,” for the non-HGTV addicts, is the term for the process of buying, renovating, and selling properties for profit. Anthony was confident this would be a successful venture because he knows what buyers want and has a good eye for design.

“What I do with each project is try to think like the buyers who would be interested in the style and location of a home. I ask myself, ‘What kind of materials and finishes would they want? Would they like something more traditional or modern? Would they want an open layout?’ These answers are integral in helping me create the design.”

Top of mind for Anthony is always to provide his buyers with the best home for their hard-earned money. He does this by purchasing properties with promise at a discount (like finding something really great on sale!), spending hours laboring over the perfect design, and ensuring quality of work from his contractors.

“Each home brings a new challenge, and the challenge is what keeps my engines turning and my attention.”

What else fuels Anthony’s insatiable drive? The feeling he gets when seeing a buyer’s eyes light up when they walk into one of his projects for the first time.
